You choose the access method that suits you: your building's reception or doorman, a one-time key handover, a hidden key (you attach a photo or video showing exactly where it is), or simply being home. Whatever you choose is logged and confirmed before the first visit.
Yes — every butler holds a verified Thai Police clearance certificate before their first visit, wears a Pawmi uniform, carries a scannable QR badge. We also message you when we are on the way to your home. We only hire people we would let into our own homes.
Tell us during booking. Our butlers are trained to work calmly and at your pet's pace, and you can add notes about temperament, hiding spots and handling preferences. For very anxious pets we keep visits low-stress and focus on the essentials — food, water and litter.
At launch we cover central Bangkok — Asoke, Thonglor / Ekkamai, Silom / Sathorn, Phrom Phong, Phayathai, Phra Khanong, Pattanakarn, Siam and Chidlom, with more zones opening soon. Each zone has a dedicated butler nearby. If you're just outside, message us — we're expanding across Bangkok.
Your butler follows an agreed emergency plan and contacts you and our operations team immediately. With your permission we coordinate with your preferred vet. Every visit is logged, and we carry liability cover — if something goes wrong through our butler's fault during a visit, we take responsibility.
Yes — that's the default. We assign one butler to your pet so they build a real relationship. The 5-Visit Bundle locks your preferred butler in, and we'll always tell you in advance if a cover is ever needed.
After every visit your butler films a 60-second video of your pet — eating, playing, being healthy — and sends it to you via LINE within 30 minutes, alongside a written report card covering mood, appetite, litter and any health observations.
You can reschedule your visit's date and time at no extra charge, depending on your package, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. Requests made within 24 hours can't be guaranteed, as your butler has already been assigned and scheduled.
